To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Use
Fold the fabric over the ruler, match the edge to the width needed, press to crease and hold position
Fold corner to match miter line, press or use pen to mark
Use a ruler to mark hem size, place the ruler at the mark, fold fabric, and press to crease and hold position
Use before sewing to check seam width and adjust needle or presser foot as needed to sew accurate seam

Do not place a hot iron on Hot Ruler for an extended period of time (may cause discoloration and hot ruler can cause burns if handled)
Do not twist, bend or fold Hot Ruler

I have not opened the package of rotary cutter blades.
