Shipping 

When will my order ship?

Orders usually shipped in 1 business day but rarely please allow 1-3 business days to have your order shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Track Order page please contact us immediately.


Delays can be expected in rare circumstances due to weather, natural disasters and public holidays. If any of these occur then expect delays of 1-7 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we offer the following times for delivery:

USA -  1-7 Business Days

United Kingdom -  5-21 Business Days 

Australia - 10-21 Business days

Canada - 10-21 Business days

Rest of the world - 2-4 Weeks

 

How do I track the status of my order?

Click 17Track and you will be taken to the global tracking website where you can enter your tracking number and receive your tracking information.
 
Your tracking number should have been emailed to you once your order was dispatched. If you are unable to retrieve your tracking information after you've placed an order for more than 5 business days, please contact us immediately.
Delays can be expected in rare circumstances due to weather, natural disasters and public holidays. If any of these occur then expect delays of more than a week.

Why did my purchases not come in one package?

For your benefit we sometimes ship our products separately in order for you to receive them as fast as possible. Sometimes when ordering very large products (like our 24" X 17" wool mat) we have to ship it separately. 

 

My order has been sent. Why don't I see the tracking information?

If you did not receive the order tracking number please allow 5 business days to receive it. If you still can't locate your tracking number then please contact us immediately at support@love-sew.com

 

If I am ordering internationally will there be duties or taxes on my order?

Any items shipped internationally may be subject to additional taxes or customs. Unless the item is specifically exempted or the order is under the specific dollar amount threshold specified by your country, you may be required to pay some amount of tax/duty. We ship many of our products from the United States to many countries around the world and therefore are unable to keep track of the different duty rates and exemptions. We encourage you to check with your country's customs and border department prior to placing an order to determine if there will be additional duties or taxes on your order

What do I do if my product is damaged?

We are sorry to hear this and don't worry we will send you a replacement. Please refer to our refund policy found at the bottom of this page for your next action steps. 

 

True Fabrics  

What is True Fabrics? 

True Fabrics is a premium, quilt shop quality brand of quilting and sewing fabric designed exclusively for Love Sew. All True Fabrics collections are 100% cotton quilting weight fabric of the highest quality that you'd expect from your favorite independent quilt shop at prices you'll love. Our original designs and fresh color palettes are exclusively created for True Fabrics by our in house fabric designer and only sold online at Love Sew. 

True Fabrics collections offer a range of precut fabric and fabric by the yard options: 

- Half Yard Bundles - 20 unique prints each piece 18" x 44"

- Fat Quarter Bundles - 20 unique prints each piece 18" x 22"

- 10" Square Bundles - 42 pieces of 20 prints (2 or 3 pieces of each print, each 10" x 10"

- 5" Square Bundles - 42 pieces of 20 prints (2 or 3 pieces of each print), each 5" x 5" 

- 2.5" Strip Bundles - 40 pieces of 20 prints, each 2.5" x 44"

- Fabric by the Yard - a curated selection of our favorite prints from each collection available in 1, 2, 3, or 4 yard cuts

 

How much fabric do I need to make a quilt? 

Every pattern is unique and requires different amounts of yardage and/or precut fabrics to make the quilt of your dreams. We sell a selection of patterns and many are ideal for using precut bundles and packs. Refer to each pattern and the requirements for that design. Some patterns can be made with only the prints in your bundle, while others will require additional yardage such as a coordinating solid or neutral for background or sashing.

For the backing and binding of your quilt, order your favorite print from our fabric by the yard selection (we offer a small selection of our favorite prints in each collection in 1 through 4 yard cuts) in the amount indicated on your pattern. Love Sew also offers a selection of thread and a variety of batting sizes to help you finish your quilt. 

 

Why are some fabric collections unavailable for pre-order? 

We love the amazing collections that our in-house True Fabrics designer is creating and we want to share them with you as soon as the prints are finalized! Unfortunately the production timelines can often be so long that we don't want customers waiting several months before their orders ship. We make sure to open pre-orders at least 1-2 months in advance of a collection arriving at our warehouse. 

You can stay up to date when new pre-orders are available and new collections are launched by signing up for our email newsletter.

Who and Where is Love Sew?
