Shipping 

When will my order ship?

If the product you have ordered is not the above then upon placing your order, please allow up to 1 business day to have your order shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Track Order page please contact us immediately and we will do we can to investigate. 

 
Delays can be expected in rare circumstances due to weather, natural disasters and public holidays. If any of these occur then expect delays of 1-3 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we offer the following times for delivery:

USA -  8-14 Days

United Kingdom -  5-10 Days 

Australia - 10-20 days

Canada - 10-20 days

Rest of the world - 2-4 Weeks

 

How do I track the status of my order?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you will be able to check the status of your order in the "Track Your Order" page. 


Why did my purchases not come in one package?

For your benefit we sometimes ship our products separately in order for you to receive them as fast as possible. Sometimes when ordering very large products (like our 24" X 17" wool mat) we have to ship it separately. 

 

My order has been sent. Why don't I see the tracking information?

If you did not receive the order tracking number please allow 5 business days to receive it. If you still can't locate your tracking number then please contact us immediately at support@love-sew.com

 

Returns and Refunds

What do I do if my product is damaged?

We are sorry to hear this and don't worry we will send you a replacement. Please refer to our refund policy found at the bottom of this page for your next action steps.
