Had a problem with fabric raveling so much. I hope next month includes more indept instructions. I purchased ALL THE FABRIC AVAILABLE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM YET. PLEASE SEND THE FABRIC.
Love the design. But I found the light fabric frayed a lot. And I would have like a little more clearer directions. With help of a friend I was able to get it figured out.

It's been a while since I have been sewing. the directions are great I can't wait to see the finished product.
I really enjoyed making this first months blocks. The fabric was easy to work with and the directions were easy to follow. I finished them a couple days ago and waiting for the next block. Dee🤗
Instructions were very easy to follow and the fabric is good quality.
It was super easy to make! The directions overall were great! My only advice is to double check the distance from the needle to the 1/4 inch mark on your sewing machine or presser foot to ensure that you are sewing at the correct seam allowance. Also, double check that you are cutting the correct fabric. There are two that look very similar, but one had a BEIGE background and the other had a BLACK background. (It says so on the instructions too!) I was excited to start sewing, so I didn't notice that I cut the wrong fabric until I noticed I had an extra fabric left. Oops! Thankfully, they give you enough fabric in the kit and everything was fine. :)
Month 1 (Log Cabin block) is complete. Could not have been easier. Cutting and assembly instructions were easy to follow. Love the rich fabrics. Anxious for Month 2!
My BOM project is moving along a lot slower than I had planned. I have three blocks completely made, and nine blocks that need a few more pieces. But I really like the neutral colors of the fabric--so pretty. Dorothy J Wilson

I have all 12 blocks completed. The directions were easy to follow, and I am looking forward to the next month’s fabric. While I have been quilting for 45 years, this is my first king size quilt. I like the BOM way of putting it together.
I've been working on the third month and find it easy to follow with one exception. In the 2nd month, when you describe how to put together the 1/4 diagonal pieces, I think the black triangle should be shown instead of the cream 1/4 diagonal. As you begin with a black diagonal at the top and it should be shown as you do the square. This is only a critique on my part. Thank you . . . Dianne

I can't wait for Block of the Month #2!! My grandson is getting married next year so I'm making this for him and his fiancee. I have 2 other grandchildren that will most likely get married soon. I was wondering if I could get the total yardage needed for the quilt so I can make another one or two while waiting for the next month's box. I don't want to buy a little fabric at a time and then it not be available for the whole quilt. Thanks, Mary Montgomery
Well prepared
I was extremely pleased with the quality of the block of the month! When the first month arrived, the pattern was printed on quality paper, in full color. The pattern is well presented - pictures for the steps as well as clear, concise directions. Often, patterns are not printed on such quality paper - this was heavy paper, glossy, and beautiful to look through. When I opted to received all of the blocks immediately, the remaining block patterns maintained the quality level. Each month's fabric was well labeled and packaged. This has been a great experience and I can't wait to start the quilt!
I want to put my quilt in our quilt show next year I will let you know how works out I belong to Bundaberg quilt club there are about 167 women in this club every Tuesday there would be 60 who come together the other little groups hand sewers machine embroidery arty group This was started by a small group of women with young children about 45?years ago
Great material and lovely color combination, have not started quilting yet but looking forward to it. Directions are easy to follow, this is my second block of the month and I'm really happy with the quality.

Only down fall with the company is you dont get all your products you paid for. If you pay for a product like the Oops package and backing at the same time as the first block then that's what you should get. Im still waiting on my Oops package and backing for my Cotillion amd the backing for my Tulip BOM.
