I've been making masks to give away to family, friends and neighbors plus essential personnel. This magnetic pin holder also holds the nose wires I use for my "pot cover masks". It's a fantastic gadget. It beats having pins in a bowl!!!
I actually got two, one near my machine and one on the cutting table. Great!
Well worth money very pleased dont know how I managed with out it
I love this magnetic pin cushion. Holds all of my pins until I am ready to use them. Faster to remove after sewing than using a regular pin cushion. As an added bonus, if I drop my pins, it will quickly find them for me, and quickly pick up many spilled pins at once.
An essential now for my sewing table!
I love this thing. Why didnt I buy one years ago? Probably because I dont do a lot of sewing. But every time I do, keeping track of the pins is always a problem. And I live in fear of dropping them on the carpet and being unable to find them. This makes it so easy to grab pins when you need them and toss them back when you don't. The wide flat area is great because you don't even have to be really accurate when you drop the pins onto it. This definitely qualifies as one of those gosh I wish I had thought of this idea years ago items.
Very good thing. I recommend.
Super! My wife really liked it!
Super, really works
Super easy to use, grabs pins with just the right pressure - not too hard, not too easy. After sewing, use pin holder to sweep dropped pins off table or floor. I teach sewing, and bought 8 of these for my students.
my brother is now using it in his garage to pick up nuts and bolts/nails
Loved very strong if tiled wont fall. Love it i make a mess so all I do is grab it and put it over pins and bam love and the color too
I dont know how I sewed all these years using a traditional pin cushion! This magnetic holder easily picks up multiple pins in one swoop! I love to remove my pins quickly while sewing, and previously they would end up in a pile next to my pin cushion for me to poke them in later... Well, not anymore!
Puuurrrfect ! The magnetic base holds pins, many pins, in all kinds of scenarios. Ive knock this over many, many times. Down upon the carpet even and thinking the worst while reaching to pick up the unit. To my relief, all the pins on base. ONE experience like that is worth owning this great item
I like that you can just sort of throw the pin near the pincushion and the magnet will grab it. You dont really need to be precise.
Excellent no more pins on the floor
Really works well. I dropped a load of pins and just waived this over them and wow they all got picked up. I will be buying this again as a present.
product works very well.
The magnets line the pins up see attached pics to make it easier to pick up when you need some and the bright color helps find it quickly too.
I bought this magnetic pin holder because I have dogs that are always sitting at my feet while I sew and I didnt want them to get a dropped pin by mistake.
My mom had one of these in her sewing room when I was young, so of course I had to buy one when my little stuffed tomato bit the dust. Love it. great quality, and it is so easy to just drop the needles onto it that I am no longer tempted to hold them with my lips (which we all know, care of grandma and the internet, is a really bad idea)
